Private/Semi-Private/Small Group Yoga Sessions are great for those who may shy away from the studio environment, recovering from an injury, are at home with little ones, work from home, or would like more personalized attention.  This is a way to make time for yourself no matter what your schedule has going on.  Each class is specially tailored for your level of practice.  Incorporating Young Living Essential Oils, Ayurveda, Meditation, Pranayama (breathing), Asana (postures), and Savasana (deep relaxation). 

 

Styles of Yoga: 

Vinyasa/Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, Gentle Flow, Restorative, Yoga Nidra
