Yoga is a way of finding “union” between mind and body, between the individual and God. The word Yoga is derived from the Sanskrit root “yuj” meaning to bind, join, attach and yoke, to direct and concentrate one’s attention on, to use and apply.  It also means union or communion.  It is the true union of our will with the will of ‘God’”.

Yelp Review of a Yoga Soiree Birthday Party:

"Keri Ann conducted a private yoga class for my friends and I during our mom's weekend away. There was varying levels of yoga experience in the room from "never taken a class" to "taken 10 classes or more".
Keri Ann was able to tailor her program and poses to the range of experience levels in the room. In addition, Keri Ann was really in tune with what we needed to get out of the class which was basically a full body stretch and some serious stress relief. I would HIGHLY recommend Keri Ann.
She was easy to work with, a pleasure to be around, and just an overall fantastic instructor."
