Private Yoga Lessons:

I am available for one to two people in the comfort of your own home at the time that works for you.
The classes are designed for your level of practice and also if there are health concerns to be addressed.
A
brief meeting or discussion on the phone would be great before your
first yoga lesson so I know what you are looking to get out of your
session. This gives me a chance to format a class to your level.
I
also work with the Young Living Essential Oils to help your practice go
to a deeper level. This is an option if you would like not to use the
oils just let me know.

Vinyasa/Hatha Flow Yoga and Ayurveda:
According to Ayurveda, each of us has a unique mix of three mind/body principles which creates our specific mental and physical characteristics. These three principles are called 'doshas'. Most of us have one or two doshas which are most lively in our nature, with the remaining one(s) less significant.
Specialized class that incorporates the sister science of Yoga called Ayurveda.This class is designed around each clients individual constitution therefore requiring a short evaluation before starting the program. Within this meeting, she will get to know the whole person, review health issues/concerns, and administer a dosha quiz. Once that is establish she can start you on your journey to maintaining a healthy and rewarding life! Each asana (posture), pranayama (breathing ), essential oil (Young Living Oil) and mediation is deigned to help balance the dosha within the body causing reverse illness and mental clarity.
Vinyasa/Hatha Flow with Young Living Essential Oils:
Designed for the yoga student who is ready for new challenges and to go deeper in their practice. Introduction to inversions, arm balances, and back bends. Going deeper into the practice with more challenging postures, meditation, breathing techniques, and
a longer savasana.
**the class can be done without the use of Young Living Essential Oils**
Beginner Basics:
For the new yoga student that has never stepped onto a yoga mat. Working on establishing a strong yoga foundation by working on sun salutations, sequences, postures, basic breathing techniques, meditation, and the philosophy behind yoga.
Gentle Yoga Flow:
A gentle flow class suitable for all levels, although some yoga experience is recommended. This class is also great for the Sassy Senior who wants to build strength and flexibility while having fun with the yoga practice. Each class is designed with the student in mind and works on the core, toning muscles, stretching, breathing , meditation, and deep relaxation.
Yoga Boot Camp:
An intense yoga class that strengthens the body, builds the core, works your balance and there is a deep meditation for the soul.
**Yoga experience is suggested because your butt is going to be kicked:)
Candlelight Yoga Flow:
Enjoy a calm and relaxed atmosphere with candles, Young Living Essential Oils, and music to really set the mood. A flowing yoga class that moves freely from one posture to next by linking the breath with the movement. To round out the class there is a candle meditation and deep savasana.
